A minor find on the moors above Penyghent Gill. A tight shaft leads to a blind chamber. Depth about thirty foot. The pot is long lost but the photograph shows a typical day's prospecting and digging. Bob and I spent four years getting to know every shakehole and blade of grass in Penyghent Gill and Littondale.
